As a team MGL Contractors boasts extensive and diverse heavy civil engineering experience and expertise, including in Temporary Infrastructure. We have undertaken a wide variety of Temporary Infrastructure works particularly across miles of rural peat and rock landscapes for Renewables and Power Transmission Capital Projects.
Examples of our successfully completed major Temporary Infrastructure – as a team – include on the Beauly Denny overhead transmission line (where 50km of access roads were constructed), the Glendoe Hydro Scheme (where we constructed 45km of access roads), and Moy Wind Farm.
More recently we completed 50km of access roads on the Caithness Moray HVDC Link in support of the land cable installation.
A refreshing new approach informed by decades of civil engineering experience.
